1. Who you are buying from

When you pay for a course with an international card — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay — the seller and the party to this contract is:

AI Cortex Academy is the brand under which the courses are published. Purchases paid through the Ukrainian payment methods on this site — Monobank card payment or USDT — are sold by a different legal entity and are governed by the Ukrainian public offer. Before you pay, the payment window always shows which company you are buying from.

2. What you are buying

Online courses: recorded video lessons, written materials, templates and checklists. Access is personal and opens in your account on this website immediately after payment. Courses are educational products; they are not consulting, not a licence to resell, and not a financial service.

3. Price and currency

The price is the one shown on the course page at the moment of purchase, in US dollars. Your bank may convert it into your own currency at its own rate and may add its own fee; that conversion is between you and your bank.

4. Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — it goes straight to the payment provider, and 3-D Secure is applied where your bank requires it. On your bank statement the charge appears as AI CORTEX ACADEMY.

5. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate. Right after a successful payment you receive an access code and the course opens in your personal account at aicortex.academy/lk. If the course has not opened within 15 minutes, write to hello@aicortex.academy with your order number — we fix it manually.

6. Refunds

Access to a course opens immediately and in full — you receive all of the materials at once. Because the service is considered delivered at the moment access opens, course fees are not refundable, except in the cases listed below.

We refund you if:

• the payment went through but access did not open through our fault, and the problem is not fixed within 3 business days of your first message;
• there was a technical payment error — a double charge, or an amount different from the one shown on the course page;
• the course was bought by mistake and the materials were never opened — if you write to us within 24 hours of payment.

Separate condition for the “AI Ark” course: it carries a 14-calendar-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment. A written request is enough; you do not have to explain why.

Send refund requests to hello@aicortex.academy with the order number, the payment date and the payment method. We decide within 5 business days. The refund goes back by the same method you paid with; how fast it lands depends on your card issuer.

7. Your account and the materials

The access code is personal. Sharing it, reselling the materials, republishing them or using them to build a competing course is not allowed. We may close access without a refund if the materials are distributed.

8. What we do and do not promise

The courses give you knowledge, tools and working examples. The result depends on what you do with them, so we do not promise any particular income or business outcome. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profit.

9. Personal data

We collect only what is needed to give you access and to support you: phone, email and payment status. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes that cannot be settled by correspondence are heard by the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.

1. Кто продавец

Когда вы оплачиваете курс международной картой — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay или Google Pay — продавцом и стороной договора выступает Z Cortex AI FZE LLC, лицензия № 4431410.01, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Шарджа, ОАЭ. Почта hello@aicortex.academy, телефон +971 50 477 0401.

AI Cortex Academy — торговая марка, под которой выходят курсы. Покупки, оплаченные украинскими способами — картой через Monobank или в USDT, — продаёт другое юридическое лицо, и на них действует публичная оферта. Перед оплатой в окне оплаты всегда написано, у какой компании вы покупаете.

2. Что вы покупаете

Онлайн-курсы: записанные видеоуроки, материалы, шаблоны и чек-листы. Доступ личный и открывается в вашем кабинете на сайте сразу после оплаты. Курсы — обучающий продукт, а не консультация и не финансовая услуга.

3. Цена и валюта

Цена — та, что указана на странице курса в момент покупки, в долларах США. Ваш банк может пересчитать её в вашу валюту по своему курсу и добавить свою комиссию — это отношения между вами и банком.

4. Оплата

Карты обрабатывает Stripe. Номер карты мы не видим и не храним, он уходит напрямую платёжной системе; там, где банк требует, применяется 3-D Secure. В выписке банка списание выглядит как AI CORTEX ACADEMY.

5. Доставка

Доставка цифровая и мгновенная. Сразу после оплаты вы получаете код доступа, курс открывается в личном кабинете aicortex.academy/lk. Если за 15 минут доступ не открылся — напишите на hello@aicortex.academy с номером заказа, откроем вручную.

6. Возврат средств

Доступ к курсу открывается сразу и в полном объёме — вы единовременно получаете все материалы. Поскольку услуга считается оказанной в момент открытия доступа, возврат за курсы не производится, кроме случаев ниже.

Возврат производится, если:

• оплата прошла, но доступ не открылся по нашей вине и проблема не устранена в течение 3 рабочих дней с момента обращения;
• произошла техническая ошибка платежа — двойное списание или сумма, отличающаяся от указанной на странице курса;
• курс куплен по ошибке и материалы ни разу не открывались — при обращении в течение 24 часов с момента оплаты.

Отдельное условие для курса «AI-Ковчег»: по нему действует гарантия возврата в течение 14 календарных дней с момента оплаты, объяснять причину не требуется.

Обращение о возврате направляется на hello@aicortex.academy с номером заказа, датой оплаты и способом платежа. Решение принимается в течение 5 рабочих дней. Возврат идёт тем же способом, которым была произведена оплата; срок зачисления зависит от банка.

7. Кабинет и материалы

Код доступа личный. Передавать его, перепродавать материалы, публиковать их заново или собирать на их основе конкурирующий курс нельзя. При распространении материалов доступ закрывается без возврата.

8. Что мы обещаем и чего не обещаем

Курсы дают знания, инструменты и рабочие примеры. Результат зависит от ваших действий, поэтому конкретный доход мы не гарантируем. За косвенные убытки и упущенную выгоду ответственности не несём.

9. Персональные данные

Собираем только то, что нужно для доступа и поддержки: телефон, почту и статус оплаты. Подробности — в Политике конфиденциальности.

10. Применимое право

К настоящим условиям применяется право Объединённых Арабских Эмиратов. Споры, которые не удалось решить перепиской, рассматривают компетентные суды эмирата Шарджа.
